A lovely relaxing afternoon experience with Michelle's British box . I would highly recommend Michelle who is friendly & warm and would not hestitate to recommend Jolly Tea Time boxes for an event.

What are your business hours and when do you deliver?

1.Tuesday-Friday 10-5pm Saturday 10-3 pm.

2.Jolly Teatime boxes and cakes are available made to order Wednesday-Saturday and delivered after 11am

3.Please check the website for forthcoming sales at local  events. At events I offer opportunities to buy individual slices, cream tea bags and the chance to speak to me.

4.I am fully insured.

What type of payment methods do you accept, do you offer refunds? Delivery policy

1. I accept Paypal, all major Credit & Debit cards.
2. I accept cash only at Farmers/Community/Artisan markets.
3. All sales are final.
4. I regret to inform you that Jolly Teatime does not offer refunds. All items in the Jolly Teatime box are  freshly baked from scratch the morning of an order. I use good quality ingredients and a large substantial come from the UK. Each box will be checked and sealed for the customer.
5. There are no cancellations once an order is placed and paid for.
6. Delivery is included with sales over $25  and under 6 miles . Sales less than $25 incur a $10 delivery fee, delivery over miles incurs a fee.
7. Serving areas, Apple Valley, Burnsville, Rosemount, Eagan & Lakeville .
8. Areas further than this will be considered and a higher delivery fee will apply.
9. Tea Parties require a 50% payment up front , refunded on the day of the party. At the end of the tea party each guest will be billed and responsible for payment.
10. Less than 72 notice for cancellation will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total bill.
11. Parties are for 6 people or more, the person who books the party is responsible for keeping the number at or above 6 people. If guests cancel, there is an opportunity to continue the party and the host will be responsible for the fee.

How to place an order for a box, cream tea set or full size cakes?

1.I require minimum 2 business days notice  for box orders, individual cakes and deliver only on business days.

2. Please fill out the contact form, with the date and boxes specified. 

3.Orders placed after 3pm go into the  following business day.

4.Boxes with scones and 3 variety of cakes are available for 6 people or more , please email or phone to discuss.

5. Custom boxes incur an increase in price and I am happy to discuss any requirements you may wish.

6.A minimum order of $25 is required.
